chinese brush practice


A few months back I purchased a instructional drawing book that first appeared in 1679...The Mustard Seed Garden Manual of Painting. Chinese painting techniques. This is the first exercise therein.

    I love these - I have the one you wrote me on on my coffee table. I figure I'm not displaying it -because it's just a piece of paper laying around - and you asked me not to - but I really do like it. You're 'improving' you technique! Looking good.
